How student referral works

Submit the School Partner Agreement — a simple 1-page MOU.

Identify eligible students; provide a referral list or distribute program info.

Students (and parents of minors) complete intake through their own portals.

Synergist confirms enrollment and sends your school a cohort confirmation.

You receive an aggregate data report within 30 days of event completion.
