Warden Cancellation and Refund Policy

Life happens we understand, let’s roll through this quickly and get you on your way.
You may cancel anytime with the monthly plan within 7-days for full refund.
If however you request after 7-days, your protection will end before the start of the new month. We just ask that you give us 3-5 days before the end of the month to ensure you are not billed automatically the following month.
With the yearly subscription plan, you have 30-days to cancel, no questions asked.
For annual renewal you can request a full refund within 60-days of being charged.
How to stop your subscription from automatically renewing and your renewal charges?
Before the day you are due to be charged, all you need to do is to:
Contact us or
Sign in to your My Account and then:
Visit the My Subscriptions tab
Click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Unsubscribe located either next to or below the subscription you want to cancel the renewal for; and
Confirm your cancellation.
The following purchases are not eligible for a refund under our policy:
Not For Resale (NFR) and complimentary software;
Repeat purchases that were previously refunded; and,
Warden services already redeemed or where setup has been performed.
